Free 2 Grow presents · PURPOSE Mentoring

Discover who you are. Grow into what is next.

PURPOSE helps young people develop confidence, strengthen relationships, recognize their potential, and build the skills needed to move forward.

One foundation · Every stage of growth

Built on purpose. Designed for young people.

What began as a mentoring curriculum for boys ages 10–14 is growing into an age-appropriate program for children, teenagers, and young adults of all backgrounds.

Identity

Understand strengths, personal value, and the possibilities ahead.

Relationships

Build trust, healthy boundaries, accountability, and positive support.

Direction

Set goals, explore opportunities, and take practical steps forward.

Seven principles · One pathway forward

What PURPOSE stands for.

Patience

Build self-control, stay focused, and keep moving when growth takes time.

Uniqueness

Recognize individual strengths, develop confidence, and understand personal value.

Relationships

Strengthen communication, healthy boundaries, positive connections, and trust.

Prayer

Explore optional spiritual reflection and faith-centered encouragement when requested.

Opportunities

Identify meaningful next steps in education, employment, service, and community.

Student

Develop a growth mindset, practical skills, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Evolving

Adapt, build resilience, break unhealthy cycles, and continue becoming.

Prayer and spiritual support are always optional. No young person is required to participate in faith-based activities to receive mentoring or other services.

Breaking cycles · Building stronger futures

A different future starts with a different next step.

Participants learn to recognize repeated patterns, build healthier responses, strengthen their support systems, and create practical plans for growth.

Step 05

Track meaningful growth

Set personal goals, reflect on progress, and learn from setbacks.

Step 06

Keep moving forward

Turn new confidence and stronger habits into the next practical opportunity.
