The PURPOSE mentoring program

Find your purpose. Build your pathway. Take your next step.

Trusted relationships, practical coaching, character development, and real accountability for youth, adults, families, and people rebuilding their lives.

Built from real experience

One foundation. More pathways forward.

PURPOSE began as a structured mentoring program for boys ages 10–14, focused on character, leadership, positive relationships, and breaking unhealthy cycles. Its foundation now supports people at different ages and stages of life.

Character

Build self-awareness, personal responsibility, and stronger decisions.

Leadership

Develop confidence, service, communication, and community involvement.

Next steps

Turn purpose into practical goals, accountability, and meaningful progress.

Seven principles. One practical foundation.

What PURPOSE stands for.

Every pathway draws from the same principles while adapting to the participant’s age, circumstances, strengths, and goals.

Patience

Build self-control, stay focused, and keep moving when growth takes time.

Uniqueness

Recognize individual strengths, develop confidence, and understand personal value.

Relationships

Strengthen communication, healthy boundaries, positive connections, and trust.

Prayer

Explore optional spiritual reflection and faith-centered encouragement when requested.

Opportunities

Identify meaningful next steps in education, employment, service, and community.

Student

Develop a growth mindset, practical skills, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Evolving

Adapt, build resilience, break unhealthy cycles, and continue becoming.

Prayer and spiritual support are always optional. No one is required to participate in faith-based activities to receive mentoring or other services.
