Applications and eligibility decisions are reviewed by authorized people. Automated tools may organize information, monitor deadlines, and notify staff, but they do not approve, deny, place, or refer participants.

Personal information is not shared with a partner organization without an appropriate purpose and consent, except when disclosure is required by law or necessary to address an immediate safety concern.
